Robert Courteau, president, SAP North America, is responsible for all of SAP’s business operations in the US and Canada.  Prior to his current position, Robert served as chief operating officer (COO) for SAP’s Global Field Operations. In this role, he was responsible for the overall performance of SAP field operations throughout Global sales, ecosystem, consulting, and services. During his tenure at SAP, he has held various senior executive and sales management positions, including: COO for SAP North America, where he managed several key areas of the business. He joined SAP in 2004 when he was appointed president and managing director, SAP Canada.  Prior to joining SAP, Robert served as an executive vice president for EDS Corporation and vice president at Xerox.

Keith Ferrazzi is an expert on business relationship development, is the author of the bestseller, Who’s Got Your Back. As CEO of the consulting, training, and research firm Ferrazzi Greenlight, he counsels leading business enterprises on how to dramatically accelerate the development of business relationships to drive sales, spark innovation, and create team cohesion.
